From being unconfident to a day of daring to face every challenge
My name is Jintana Singsuwan, or you can call me Sai. I’m 29 years old and originally from Krabi Province. I graduated from the Faculty of Management Science with a major in Human Resource Management. I’ve been working with Isuzu Andaman Sales for five years now.
Currently, I’m working as a Personnel Planning and Development Officer in the Human Resources and General Administration Department.
My main responsibilities include planning and developing employee training programs, as well as organizing training sessions according to the relevant courses for each job position.
It started when I entered as an intern in the Human Resources Department. After the internship concluded, the company had a vacant position open for recruitment. So, I submitted an application for the position of Document Administration Officer in the After-Sales Business Department. The result was that I passed the interview and successfully became a staff member in the Isuzu Andaman Sales family.
After working in that position (Document Administration Officer) for approximately three years, the Human Resources Department opened a vacancy for the Compensation Administration Officer position. I felt this was a good opportunity because it was directly related to what I had studied, so I requested a transfer to this position instead. I worked in this role for about one year before I had the chance to move to a job that was more challenging and different from my previous roles. This was the work in my current position: Personnel Planning and Development Officer. At that time, I had to adjust myself quite a bit to cope with the change.
As I mentioned in the previous question, I view challenges as an opportunity for growth. If we are not brave enough to take risks or step out of our comfort zone, we will never have the opportunity to grow and learn new things. If a chance or opportunity presents itself, you should try it first and commit to doing your best. We can worry about the result later.
Originally, I was someone who lacked the confidence to express myself or even share my opinions. However, as I accumulated experience and gained more knowledge in my field, I now feel that I am brave enough to think, brave enough to act, and daring enough to fully commit to my work. This includes being confident in proposing new ideas. This is largely because Isuzu Andaman Sales values and prioritizes giving opportunities to its employees. I consider this a great thing as it has provided me with my own stage to express my opinions and showcase my abilities.
My vision for the future is to grow into a higher position within the company, allowing myself to demonstrate my full potential, continuously develop myself, and be an integral part of driving the company forward together.
As an employee of Isuzu Andaman Sales, I readily acknowledge that the company provides opportunities at every level of staff. This includes various aspects such as job rotation or actively listening to employee feedback (opinions). Furthermore, they provide a platform to showcase our abilities, which in turn allows us to develop ourselves.I believe this is the best part of my work experience, from the very beginning until today.
For those who are currently seeking a job or looking for a career change, I strongly encourage you to consider Isuzu Andaman Sales as one of your top organizational choices. This is because we are a leading company that provides comprehensive welfare and benefits to our employees, aligning perfectly with our company's slogan: 'Good Income, Outstanding Benefits, Focus on Stability.'
Moreover, we offer a clear path for career growth, and our corporate culture emphasizes creating happiness in the workplace through continuous learning and the development of employee capabilities.
