Life Beyond Work

Hello, I am Beauty from the Risk Management Department and I am Off from the Human Resources & Corporate Affairs Department. Today, we would like to share the story of our impression throughout the 10 years of growing in this home, Tri Petch Isuzu Leasing, a company under the Tri Petch Group, for everyone to get to know.

Since our first steps out of university, Tri Petch Isuzu Leasing has provided opportunities and a space for us to continuously develop ourselves, while promoting training to enhance new knowledge and skills that can be effectively applied further to our work. Throughout this time, this place has never stopped evolving the organization to be modern and truly accessible to employees. Whether it is adjusting the work format to be more flexible with Hybrid Work or arranging Co-working Spaces designed for comfortable and creative work, it better meets the needs of the younger generation. However, one thing that remains unchanged is the heart of working together as a strong and solid  "One Team."

We spend time together here every day until we feel that this place is like a big family that always fulfills each other with confidence, encouragement, progress, and success. Most importantly are the excellent supervisors and colleagues; they are the key people who have always helped and supported us. This has taught us that working is not just about getting things done day by day, but it is about growing and learning together with people we trust. These bonds are the heart that makes every challenge in work less intimidating, and we believe that we will move through them together.

At Tri Petch Group, we believe that professional life is not just about work, but there are also many activities that help build relationships and fulfill happiness for every employee. Whether it is activities organized within the company or activities from the Tri Petch Group, such as CSR activities that provide opportunities for us to be part of doing good for society, visiting Isuzu 4x4 Land and CVBP to experience the special performance testing of Isuzu vehicles up close, or the New Year's party, which is a time for us to celebrate success together and enjoy the excitement of unique themes each year. These activities are an essential part that makes this place more than just a workplace, but a family that creates good memories together.

In the past year, both of us received the President Award, which is a reward that truly reflects dedication, effort, and teamwork. This award is not just a symbol of personal success, but it is also a testament to the support from everyone in the team and a key inspiration that makes us committed to developing ourselves to create the best results for the organization further.

We want to say that at Tri Petch Group, we do not just come to work, but we come to live life, to laugh, to learn, and to create good memories along with lovely colleagues. This makes our every day full of good energy and makes working more meaningful than ever.
