1 Year at Tri Petch: From Introvert to Extrovert Without Even Realizing It

Hi everyone! I’m Aom from the Digital Marketing Communication (DMC) team, handling online marketing for the MU-X.

The Beginning of Change

Before joining the team, I was quite an introvert. I rarely spoke up or started conversations with others. But after starting work here, both the nature of my role and the opportunities I received became a turning point that helped me grow without me even noticing.

This journey started when I was assigned to manage my-CIRCLE on the my-ISUZU app—a community platform where Isuzu customers talk and exchange ideas. On top of that, I had the chance to manage online ad campaigns for the MU-X, a large-scale project that required well-rounded planning. This truly opened my eyes and helped me learn a wide range of new skills.

All of these experiences sharpened my communication skills and taught me to understand people much better. Through team meetings, sharing perspectives, and presenting work to seniors and executives, my past nervousness turned into confidence, giving me the courage to share my thoughts openly.

Learning from Challenges

I have to admit that the early days were a major challenge. There was so much to learn and adapt to, but what helped me overcome every obstacle was the guidance and encouragement from my team. They were always there to give advice, guide me, and give me the space to learn through hands-on experience and trial and error.

That support pushed me to bring projects across the finish line. For me, every success wasn't just about reaching a work target; it proved my potential and showed me that "we can achieve things we once thought were far out of our reach."

More Than Work Skills: Growth and Experience

Another valuable opportunity was being able to exchange ideas casually with executives. Tri Petch also offered great training courses and team activities—like the Summer Trip and Orientation Camp—that helped break the ice, improve my social skills, and build strong connections with colleagues from other departments.

Looking back at this past year, I can really feel how much I have grown. I transformed from a nervous person into someone who genuinely enjoys communicating and collaborating with diverse groups of people.

It wasn't just my soft skills that improved; working here broadened my view, helping me see clear business goals and real business impact, while strengthening my multitasking abilities. Today, work challenges feel like meaningful fun.

In Conclusion: From a Shy Introvert to Today’s Extrovert "Aom"

This journey taught me that growing doesn't mean you must be an expert or fully prepared from day one. It is all about keeping an open mind, being brave enough to take on challenges, and staying ready to grow with every opportunity you get.❤️
