Eight Years of a Cross-Departmental Journey at Tri Petch Isuzu Leasing

If I count the years, this marks my eighth year on the journey with Tri Petch Isuzu Leasing. This isn't just a workplace; it's like a "second home" filled with stories and endless opportunities for growth. Currently, I'm based in the Refinance and Personal Loan Product Department, a role I've held for three years now. My primary responsibilities involve analyzing and planning marketing strategies for our refinance and personal loan products. While this might sound routine, behind the scenes, it's actually brimming with challenges and creativity.

Before reaching this point, my career path has truly been a journey of diverse experiences. Prior to my current department, I had the opportunity to learn and work in various areas. I began by planning agricultural machinery hire purchase products for a full year, which opened my eyes to a completely different product perspective.

Then, my career took an unexpected turn, leading me to a special and incredibly valuable role as Secretary to the President for two years! Looking back, this period was exceptional. Not only did I gain a comprehensive overview of the organization, but it also honed a multitude of skills, including management, on-the-spot problem-solving, and coordination with diverse departments. It was truly an all-around learning experience.

I've also had the chance to participate in many projects. The one where I felt I developed the most is the "Personal Loan Product study project." This is Isuzu Leasing's newest product – typically, our main offerings are LCV car hire purchase loans, truck hire purchase loans, and refinance loans. The company's vision to expand and diversify its services led to the creation of this new product.

I was involved from the very beginning, helping to prepare the systems and processes to support its market launch. Working with various departments, summarizing results, and reporting on the project's overall progress gave me a complete understanding of how each business function works from start to finish. This has been an incredibly valuable experience and a crucial foundation for my work to this day.

This company is also filled with knowledgeable and capable individuals, always ready to offer their full guidance and support. Thanks to everyone's dedication, whenever we seek advice, we consistently receive valuable perspectives and excellent ideas in return. This creates an incredibly warm and friendly work atmosphere.

Another aspect that keeps the work here from ever being boring is the continuous stream of new challenges. This allows me to learn new things and face diverse problems, whether it's managing my regular duties or tackling new projects, both small and large. These experiences constantly provide opportunities to exchange and gain new knowledge, which significantly contributes to broadening and refining my professional perspective.

For me, Tri Petch Isuzu Leasing is like a "big home" where many different families come together. It's a home with order and mutual respect, yet it also grants us the freedom to think, try new things, and is always ready to offer opportunities for us to learn. Working here is truly filled with warmth, and a strong sense that we are all ready to move forward and grow together.
