An inspiring working life

During the working age of many people, life might seem to revolve around home and the office, until sometimes it becomes a monotonous routine that makes us feel bored or forget the goals we once had. Before coming to work here, I also had that period, but today, after having the opportunity to work on various projects, open up new perspectives, and adjust to new mindsets, my working life is no longer the same. So, I would like to share good experiences that make me feel that “the working life here is truly meaningful.”

No matter how easy or challenging the work is, here I always get to fully put my efforts into action, especially being a part of the Tri Petch Group Taskforce has allowed me to use my knowledge, skills, and creativity to their full potential. The company entrusts me and gives me opportunities to think and make decisions by myself, which is a very valuable experience and an inspiration that makes me love what I do even more.

One thing that makes me feel very lucky is getting to work with “a good team and boss.” A team that understands each other, respects each other, and is always ready to help one another makes every workday happy and full of positive energy, which I have found today.

At Tri Petch Insurance Service Co., Ltd., we don't just have work; we also have fun activities throughout the year, such as gift-giving activities on Christmas Day or pouring water on the elders' hands (Rod Nam Dam Hua) during the Songkran Festival. These activities help strengthen relationships between colleagues and always recharge our spirits to return to work with a smile.

Tri Petch Insurance Service Co., Ltd. and the Tri Petch Group place great importance on human development. I have been given opportunities to attend training, seminars, including working with various affiliated companies, and these things help broaden our worldview and allow me to grow in both perspective and work skills.

The creative and fun working atmosphere here is not limited to having a beautiful office or a small resting corner, but it is an environment that “facilitates” me to dare to express different opinions, dare to try, and dare to fail without being blamed or being viewed as incompetent. Sometimes, mistakes or failures are like experiences and skill-building that allow me to become better. This is what enables me to develop and enjoy working every day.

Another thing I really like is the regular CSR activities organized by the company, whether it's donating items, going to local areas to help the community, or various volunteer activities. It makes me feel proud to be a part of an organization that “truly values giving back to society.” I also have to thank the company for constantly organizing social assistance activities.

Finally, no matter what your current job is like, the most important thing is to try to look for the good parts and set new goals for yourself, dedicate yourself fully to work, in order to create pride in your work. I hope that this small experience from me will be an inspiration for everyone to find “a happy working life,” too.
