Enjoying the chill suburban office vibes at TPIS
TPIS, one of the Tri Petch Group companies, is located in the Minburi Parts Center. Most of the staff start their mornings in our building's traditional coffee shop, which serves more snacks and fruits than drinks. With so many snackable options available throughout the day, it's impossible to get bored. Aside from the drink shop loaded with numerous delicacies, TPIS also has a canteen with made-to-order food stalls. On days when you don't know what to eat, you can order a "Thai Food Omakase" (the daily special menu). However, if you want to order it, you must act quickly because this special menu is limited. Once the drinks, snacks, and lunch reservations are set, it's time to get to work.
The normal working hours at TPIS are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. To be honest, I was quite shocked when I first started working here because we only work seven and a half hours a day—it’s absolutely amazing. Furthermore, TPIS has plans to allow employees to choose their own flexible working hours in the future. In addition to flexible hours, the work style itself is flexible; When anyone runs into a problem, they can walk right up to their seniors for advice without any hesitation.
Although I initially faced challenges adjusting to many issues; the long commute, the assigned tasks that differed from my previous experience, as well as navigating the cultural differences with Japanese colleagues, the seniors still provided full opportunities for me to showcase my skills. No matter the project, they are always ready to collaborate, listen, and provide guidance. They assign new tasks every day that allow us to think, act, plan, and share ideas, to the point where we can successfully pitch and drive new projects that gain the understanding and support of our Japanese management. In addition to internal work, TPIS employees also have the opportunity to collaborate with other companies within the TPG.
Not only are the senior staff at TPIS easy to talk to, but it's also fun to work with other people. Especially when the whole company goes on vacation together, like on the annual Company Trip. Everyone plays as hard as they can until they forget how tired they are. Moreover TPIS also arranges activities that give gifts to staff on important days throughout the year. You could say that working at TPIS is good for your heart and body all year long.
But that's not the only good thing about TPIS. Staff and their child can also get life insurance and group insurance. Not only the full loads of TPIS welfare and benefits, twice a year, at the middle and end of the year, they also get bonuses to encourage staff and support for their everyday life.
Lastly, if you're passionate about service, looking for a positive workplace and a chance to grow, TPIS is ready to welcome you!
