Tri Petch Isuzu Sales, in collaboration with the Department of Land Transport, organized the “Isuzu Excellent Truck Driving Contest 2025” final round, featuring a total prize of 1 million baht.
Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., with official support from the Department of Land Transport, organized the "Isuzu Excellent Truck Driving Contest 2025" final round, or the "King of Champs ISUZU EURO 5 MAX", competing for a total prize of 1 million baht, along with an honorary plaque, at the Thai Bridgestone Proving Ground, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.
Tri Petch Group, by Mr. Takashi Hata, President of Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., revealed that “Isuzu is proud to have organized the ‘Isuzu Excellent Truck Driving Contest Final Round’ competition, or the ‘King of Champs ISUZU EURO 5 MAX’, which is considered another important stage that reflects Isuzu's commitment to upgrading the standards of Thai truck drivers to have both expertise, safety, and professionalism, which will lead to developing the Thai logistics industry to be even stronger. This year's competition was held for the 18th year by bringing the ISUZU King of Trucks EURO 5 MAX, which holds the highest popularity in Thailand, to be used in the contest. This model is an innovation that truly meets the needs of modern entrepreneurs with its powerful performance, maximum fuel efficiency, and it has passed the Euro 5 emission standard without needing to use diesel exhaust fluid like AdBlue, helping to reduce environmental impact. At the same time, it still maintains the quality and durability that Isuzu truck users have trusted for a long time. In addition, Isuzu also presented Isuzu Life Cycle Solutions, a solution that supports Isuzu vehicle users throughout their vehicle use to run their businesses with maximum efficiency, covering from vehicle selection, cost reduction processes, along with providing advice on standardized after-sales service, which is considered a strategy to truly control costs from upstream to downstream for entrepreneurs.

The “Isuzu Excellent Truck Driving Contest 2025” is divided into two types: full trailer trucks and 10-wheel tractors. The qualifying rounds, which opened registration for skilled drivers, were held from June 28 - this past August, at four regional venues: Nakhon Si Thammarat, Udon Thani, Chiang Mai, and Chonburi. Contestants must pass tests in both an intense theoretical part, which covers knowledge of transportation and traffic laws, psychology, decision-making skills, as well as basic knowledge of daily vehicle use and maintenance, and a practical part, which is a competition at various testing stations with specific challenges, including the forward-driving skills station, the steering skills station, the reverse-driving skills station, and the parking skills station.
