Mr. Mishimasa Kono, Vice President, and Mr. Vichai Sinananpat, Vice President of Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., received the “Car Quality of the Year 2025” awards from Ms. Manenatta Jirasevijinda, Executive Director of Strategic Analytics &amp; Insights, Automotive, at NielsenIQ (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The award is based on a vehicle quality assessment derived directly from feedback from vehicle owners, using the number of problems per 100 vehicles (PP100) as the key indicator—where a lower score reflects higher vehicle quality. The study is based on data from new car buyers between December 2024 and October 2025. The results showed that Isuzu vehicles recorded lower PP100 scores than other models in 3 models, namely:
